1-2h virtual wine and food experience
We will experience pairing different wines with food items.
30$/ person
We will pair wines with a variety of salt, umami, sweet, acidic and spicy food elements to experiment the effects they have on each other. We could focus on white wines only, red wines, sparkling, or a mix! After this experience, you will be able to make great food pairings at home, and order great pairings at the restaurant!
How does it work:
Purchase the experience for the number of people who will attend.
We will reach out to you by email with a few questions to customize your experience and to know which date you'd like to do your virtual experience.
We will confirm the date (with a zoom invite) along with a list of wines and food items to purchase for the experience that you can easily find at your local stores (3-4 bottles of wine, 4-5 food items). You will receive tasting and note mats.
