About me

  I started discovering wine with my twin sister, Mandy. It was our way to connect over something comforting when we lived in different parts of the world.

 In 2020, I decided to lead with my wild heart and explore this passion further by taking a year off from my day job and becoming a Sommelier (WSET level 3 candidate).

 Wine allows me to share and connect with others. Enjoying a glass of wine over food and stories with friends and family is total happiness to me.

 I started FL&W to help you figure out what wines you enjoy, how to describe them, and how to best pair them while keepin' it real.
